SUPER FRIDAY out with the loves;

the second last friday before school officially reopens - that means, there will be projects, tests and then the super dreadful exam. but fret not, we're graduating by this year (hopefully so)! to me, it's like a good and bad thing. good in a way yet bad in another way - good because we can escape exams and projects; bad because we've to face the world and start working officially in the real world, meeting new colleagues, new job scopes, new environment, new expectations etc... kinda scary.

us at LBN's. we were a little similar, in terms of dressing. lol.

GOOD NEWS! mcd has extended its value lunch to 3pm! and they're bringing garlic chilli back! oooh but garlic chilli now tasted foreign to me. ha!

i am on a 2day or perhaps 2-and-a-half day mc (sick of course).
i woke up so early because the band downstairs started their concert at 7.30am (wake ritual).
TONIGHT we're all heading over to shu's place for a sleepover party! am so super excited!
limsonboy's birthday is coming soon but i've yet to prepare anything.
first day of school on july 9th.
this coming july 25th, we will all head down for another FLEAFLYFLOFUN @ clarke quay, homeclub.

A FULL DAY OUT with THE GIRLS!

yeah, finally another post is done!

FRIDAYs are always girlfriends day. none other than visiting cheekus, we have afterplans too! cheeku's getting more and more b to the oring... it's good, control our spendings! however, that friday was fantastic and i overspent even though cheeku has nothing fantastic. this is contradiction.

thursday was "journey to the west" to look for sun wu kong and co.

last saturday was a blast with all my favorite people! we had this little stall at a flea market, all organised by seng and lynette number 1! it was my (our) first time participating in such an event and i seriously don mind doing it all over again. so much fun, so fun so fun!

one luggage full of clothes! so terrible! i wish i could just throw everything away, but i cant bear to do so because these are $$!

jim helped me to carry all my clothes from my house to his house, so poor thing. he has got marks on his shoulder too.

it's yet another brand new month and also our last month of holiday. holiday seem so short and doesnt even feel like a HOR-LI-DAY! all because i am "so committed" to work and am apparently working everyday. it sucked my long-awaited holiday just like that, sigh. yeah, i know a lot will say, "work then got money". super hate this "work-then-got-money" reply because i know that 3 weekdays and 1 weekend of work is adequate for my spendings and that, i need my holiday back! money's not everything, i want my life. plus, i am not a workaholic.

rove is unhappy with this arrangement too.

we need more rest.
we need to wake up later.
we need to play.
we need to have more time to think of our future biz (haha).
we want to be our own boss!

FRIDAY:
it's our weekly routine to visit cheeku;
friday is also the only free day to gather everyone for a simply dinner and catching up (:

on saturday, chef neo decided to try cooking something new and i am the guinea pig cum assistant cum dish washer again.

and eggs;

aye, didnt turn out that good. but nice try chef. we'll just buy maggi goreng from the stalls in future. hahaha!

on sunday, i received much love from rove (:

then on sunday evening while i was blog hopping, i got to know that seng's grandma had passed away peacefully. may you rest in peace and reunion with grandpa up there.

arranged to attend the wake at bedok after work with the girls. it's actually more like a gathering too (: with lots of catching up and plannings.

i especially am looking forward to planning suet and my birthday celebration, perhaps to another island - B A T A M ! jim's also saving his leaves in case we're really spending a few days there. totally exciting plan! just a few quality days spending with all my favorite people will be perfectly perfect!

but our birthday's still months away! then again, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. love's birthday is round the corner, must start juicing up some ideas! haha! ...and are you sure you really want an electronic toothbrush? lazy ass leh you. later kanna electric shock then you know. ha.

my youngest brother's enlisting to army in 12 of june. quite worried for him and i really hope he will be better after serving the nation. please change for the better and stop worrying everyone at home.

the girls met up on friday again for some BKK shopping. i practically did not set any alarm as i thought i am already use to waking up early but never did i expect myself to have overslept!

i am home today. initially i thought today will be a day well-spent with jim but no, he is back to work. i am having my offs from today till saturday and then the hell week/month will commence. totally cant believe that for the month of june, i will be working from every sunday to thursday. it may sound very normal to you though.

sunday, monday, tuesday, wednesday thursday. then again, sunday, monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and the cycle goes round and round. for my school holiday will be spent this way. school will probably start again on first week of july.

why ah why.

by now, everyone would have know that i have chopped off my hair.

my hair before.even the hair dresser was seeking assurance that i am sure i want to cut off my long hair. everyone has been asking me WHY did i choose to cut off my hair. i have no answer to that, probably because i wanted a new look and probably because i have been watching the 9pm show every weekday and also probably because my friends, boyfriend and mom encouraged me to do so.

like what my mom said, i can always give it a try. anyway, it will still grow eventually.

but i have been having long hair since my secondary school days. you count the years.

well, i am not sad that i am now having short hair. i don feel the pain when the hair dresser cut off my hair. i feel rather normal. it's just, maybe not use to it.

alrights, on friday night, fantastic four met up at zouk again! been so long since we met shushu and we had fun LAUGHING all the way.

yay, finally a brand new card reader from love. even though my previous card reader looks more pro, nicer, more expensive etc, this new card reader (though in PINK), is also workable. thanks for your effort!

all the way back to 25 april. it was a saturday i think, i was preparing for my 2nd paper (commlaw) while jimsonneo prepared dinner for my family and i (: love. i was the whole while distracted and helped up in the kitchen as well and i cooked one of the dishes! haha.

(i know we always cook the same thing. if we open chap chai peng stall, we can only cook these. lol)

our consider-failed kangkong, even though it looks good;

sambal sotong and prawn. NICE!

and the chicken i cooked! yummy, hungry now;

actually we had "bak kut teh soup" and chao ta egg as well. no picture of the chao ta egg cooked by me.

then on the next morning, we had mac breakfast because it's rare chance that i don have to work on sunday! i wish i hope i can always not work on a sunday but on the other hand, i need the money.

jimsonneo was searching high and low for a modifiable PSP and finally bought a reasonable one from an online seller. it's a good deal. i can now play with his psp whenever he stays over!

i don mind going over there again (: jim's sister treated us dinner at imperial treasure and now i am craving for the pork rib and prawn paste chicken wing. i wonder when will i step into tamp1 again.

verified and requested for my password to be sent to my email but by default, they sent it to the SIM mail which i too, forgotten that bloody damn password!

i am sooo irritated by that!

in the past, i relied too much on "Remember my password". now that my com has been formatted, i officially lost my passwords.

at work, i need to remember all kinds of passwords too. and especially if the passwords are Cap sensitive and when it requires you to change every 90 days or so?

argh!

spent the last few days working and on friday, jim's family had some gatherings so i joined them. it's good to have family gatherings, i envy the kind of strong bond they have.

how was your weekend?

weekend was good for me. headed out with girlfriends on friday to our favorite hotspot. we love bkk! but shopping wise, all of us didnt really buy that much and the stock was so-so only. quite unexpected though. hopefully this coming week would be better! i cant believe this is so addictive and it has already become a weekly affair for us, and an expensive hobby indeed.

waited for boyfriend to knock off and we went over to bencoolen and bras basah to look for watch again, it can be super tiring just choosing the watch. we ended up not buying any too because the retailing price at bras basah one is more expensive. bencoolen watches are much more cheaper and need not have to bargain too. and dear, i apologise for throwing my tantrum.

on that night itself, i fail to shut my eyes to sleep again. insomnia. i hate it when i know i have to sleep but i cant sleep.

on saturday itself, love and i had suki sushi for lunch! (: i simply love japanese food.

please don anyhow anything take next time. everything everything also want to try. ha. take already don want to eat. waste leh. so naughty jimson!

you know what, yours truly is sick!

i cannot remember when was the last time i fell sick. i only know that i had difficulty coping with myself last night and this morning. all because my whole body was aching (achking) like mad, literally ache from head to toe.

last night while walking home, i was telling suet how jelly-like my legs were. i guess that was one of the symptoms. in the middle of night yesterday, i woke up feeling damn cold even though my aircon was switched off. that's why i didnt manage to sleep well. then this morning, i missed the alarm and thought i will be late for work. after much consideration and suet's persistence, i've decided not to go to work. no point going to work to report my sickness and then head back home again.

so i slept all the way until 12plus (: am feeling much much better now. hopefully the bugs will not come back to me again. because tomorrow is another important day! we need to fly to bkk for more shoppings again!
