yet again dreadful monday!


this weekend was pretty event-ful, i'd say.

xiaoxin accompanied me to sakae for our long-awaited buffet (finally), it was really really good. has been a long long time since he's free on a weekday! much appreciated for the effort. love you still. how i wish that we can go back to days when we're much younger especially during those school term break! ha. now that you're working and studying and i am still studying and working part-time, we have got much lesser time to have weekdays-shopping, weekdays-movies, weekdays-buffet, weekdays-so-on-and-on. ha.

face the fact, we're all growing older and older up. really.
the fact is still a fact and we can't deny it. terrible.

celebrating birthday(s) can no longer be a happy event because each birthday celebration will remind us of how old we are. terrible again. ha, i was too extreme la, celebrating birthday of course will still be a happy event.


had bb lecture on saturday morning and right after that, i have to rush for tuition and also partly because i want to meet sandra along the way. so i rushed down and yes, i met her. been a long time, never did i expect us to meet in such situation. ha. there was some miscommunication with the korean mum and thus, i was there for an hour only just to teach joo-han. but anyways, i stayed for another half an hour because the mum request me to teach joo-bin her chinese spelling and also chatted with her mum a little while. it's really nice to hear positive feedback from her, and am so much relief to know that she actually likes me. i like her (them) too! (:

went for a little shopping at ang mo kio and then head back home. toasted the bread but sadly, it was burnt. while eating it, xiaoxin smsed me and command me to head down to bugis to meet them for some CNY shopping. didnt really shopped at bugis because the crowd there was quite scary. so they decided to head back to orchard. ha should have told me earlier right, don have to waste my energy traveling here and there. waste ezlink fare, hahas. no money already! thats why so calculative. ha.

xiaoxin bought a checkered shirt from freshbox and i like it a lot a lot! if only i am a boy. ha. i ended up buying nothing, i don know why. just didnt have the shopping mood now, probably because i am financially-handicap. had dinner quite late that night but it's really worth the wait. dinner at the fish-and-co-inspired restaurant was actually quite good because their fish-and-chips is chip cheap and yummy! i will head back for fish and chips again!

went out on sunday to celebrate weihao's birthday. it was a last minute decision and we were still in bed when wenming called. rushed to wash our face, bathe and so on. he drove us around singapore to pick everyone up and then settle our lunch at tiong bahru plaza. some pasta cafe, i don know the name of the cafe. anyway, was very very very very very super sleepy and tired! didnt have much energy to talk, and think.


well well, chinese new year is really next week! like very very soon. when i was much younger (as a kid), i look-ed forward to every cny because i get to wear brand new sleepwear, brand new clothes for visiting, and obviously the angbaos! as i grow older, i dread cny except for the fact that i love having holidays during cny and the angbaos i will receive. but the angbaos seem to grow lesser and lesser every year. big sigh. i have yet to get any clothes for cny too! just didnt have the mood to do so because everywhere's so terribly crowded and that spoils the mood for shopping.

tuition's cancelled again today because i couldnt make it on time as i had lecture from 930am - 5pm today. i thought they would mind to have lesson 30minutes later or so. but i was so wrong, the mum told me that her daughter has many homework to do so she'd like to cancel tuition. there goes my opportunity to earning money again. this clearly explains why my pay is sooo unstable! hate it.

lecture today was terribly horrible! i forced myself to wake up and get prepared. met dada on bus and we decided to head over to the library first to get our notes printed but mission failed. so we went to the computer labs to try our luck but still, fail. gave up the whole idea of printing so we sneaked into the lecture during their break time and mixed in the crowd. it was all pure luck, otherwise, we'd be seated in the front row as well. all thanks to suet who did such a big sacrificing just for us (we know). ha. if i didnt met dada on bus, i think i will probably be another unlucky one to be seated in front.

for this lecture, i swear to be on time. die die also must be on time. otherwise, the lecturers will show us their power. i am a low-profile student, and will always remain the same. ha.
