CHRISTMAS 2007 *

i know that i haven been updating. i don know why, but i guess because i am still lazy.

2007 christmas is over already, happy times do pass ultimately fast. this christmas, xiaoxin brought me over to his relative's place for a christmas party/gathering. it's really nice to have someone in the family to have everything organised and coordinate everything. it's some kind of family bonding that my own little family lack of.

one thing i like about is that, they will always have young kids over there to play with! really had lots of fun entertaining and being entertained to the extent that i have thoughts of kidnapping the kids! hahas, was just being exagerating. kidnapping is an offence! do miss playing with the kids.

we left at around 6pm and headed down to chinatown to meet the guys for dinner at melng's restaurant! ...and SUET JOINED US TOO! am so glad to have her with us that night, makes a difference with her around.

that was the first time melng invite us to the restaurant he is working and it was also the first time he (finally) cook for all of us! how great. haa! it's really good to have a chef around. HA!

i think the tomato soup and salad is yummy yummy. was crapping with suet about asking them to re-heat the soup because it gets cold easily. taste yummier and better when it's hotter. salad is yummy yummy except for the damn-bloody-hard-crotons.

a picture of all present, except for jordan and his girlfriend who left after the meal. we stayed back a little to watch the 9pm show "huang jin lu" and waiting for melng to pang gang! initially, i thought i will have to miss the 9pm show for that day. never did i expect them to have a lcd tv in the restaurant. not bad right? can watch channel 8 some more.
headed over to somewhere outside "mr teh tarik cartel" to have our pressies exchanged. it was a long and hot process to have us all perspiring all over. ha! however, the whole place was filled with our laughters. that was how much all of us enjoyed the tedious process of photo-taking. ha.

AIYA! too bad melng didnt have the chef hat! otherwise it will be damn perfect for phototaking! ha.
that was also the first time we all see him in the mighty-white-but-not-ironed-apron chef uniform! haa. quite nice leh, i think he should wear this uniform out next time, instead of the usual teeshirt and jeans. HA!
