Finally the proficiency test is over. Everything went on well and its like so informal. Well, was quite nervous yesterday and for the past few days, I kept worrying about this test. Then now, everything is over now! So happy. hees.

My first station - Clearing of plates and changing of table cloth.
Haa, this station... quite funny. Actually, I think I can clear everything at one go but I didn't take the risk. Because when I was clearing I don feel any weight at all. Should have just clear everything at one go. Mr Neo la, kept smiling to himself and teasing me laughing at my every move. I think I know why... because I was so silly enough to smile at the champagne flutes and all the plates when clearing. He must be thinking that I am mad. hahaas. Then both of us couldnt stop laughing. Distracting leh. Anyway, I accidentally saw my marks for this station.

My second station - Menu salesmanship
I was prepared. But things didn't came out that way. Again, we were so informal. I don know if i did well not. Because along the way, I kept joking to Mr Joseph and talking craps. For example, to the dessert side, I asked him what would he like to have for desserts and he wanted me to recommend whats good for him. BEFORE I can even recommend, he insist that he wants the Cherries Jubilee for two. But he is alone... and asked if he can have cherries jubilee just for one? Of course, I was stunned. But don know what was wrong with me. I said I can inform the chef and asked her make one specially for him and if its not possible, I would be glad to sit down and share the dessert with him. Also, I kept laughing and laughing when introducing the menu. And I forgot to ask him how would he want his fillet minior to be done.So he kept reminding me. At the end he said "I have never seen someone so happy when taking proficiency test." haas. I was crazy :(

My last station - RED WINE service (damm)
Wanted to serve white wine instead because I served white wine before. So damn la. Anyway, this station... quite funny too! I totally forgot what I should do for red wine service. Everything was in a mess man. But I think they didn't realise. Mr Neo sit there and laugh again. Wapiang. Makes me so nervous. I had difficulty having to cut the foil and pulling out the cork. So Mr Neo sit there and said... "now.. she's fighting very hard with the cork and...... the cork is finally out!" this kind of thing. I was like, prespiring over there really 'fighting' with that damn cork. Luckily it didn't break or else it will be stated as a major mistake. Yep everything was fine after that.

Yay and the test is over! So happy donkey.

After the test, hueyjie and I went to change and didn't expect Mr Neo to change so fast and he looks so different. Like some HTB students. Lol. Anyway, free ride out of Sentosa by Mr wong (one of the htb lecturers). Thankfully we met him. haa. Supposed to meet Amanda at Dhouby first because she was alone. So poor thing. But in the end we didn't meet. So I went walking around at the Harbourfront centre with Hueyjie. Ate meesua and tempura from shihlin. Aiya she kept saying Im retarded and bimbotic :( hahas.

Jue Dui Superstar -- I want Junyang and Weijian. They are so cool and cute! They sing very very well too. I like them!

My darling -- sigh, so long never contact him already. He's in field camp and cannot bring phone in. Will only hear him on Monday... and see him again next Saturday. Miss him alot alot especially when today is Saturday. Monday will be our First Year Anniversary yet unable to celebrate. :(
